User survey: care and welfare

At a time when citizens have greater opportunities than ever before to choose everything from preschool to care of the elderly, it is also crucial to have knowledge of the citizens’ view of publicly financed operations. Knowledge about the citizens’ and the users’ attitudes is a prerequisite for being able to ascertain which parts of an operation need to be developed, with user surveys consequently becoming increasingly important.
Enkätfabriken performs a large number of user surveys every year on behalf of municipalities and companies within the welfare sector. Enkätfabriken’s model for user surveys is based on the company’s guiding principle of delivering flexible, good quality surveys at every step. Enkätfabriken therefore adapts both questions, collection method and analysis according to the unique conditions that apply for each individual commission.

This is how work we with user surveys:

– We help you to produce a set of questions that is suitable for your operation and formulate questions that produce a reliable measurement of what is important.
– The users are given the opportunity to participate in a way that suits them best. In our user surveys, we work with both paper questionnaires sent through the post, online questionnaires, telephone interviews and interviews on site.
– After the collection we perform thorough analyses and present both how satisfied the users are and what aspect it is most important to develop in order to increase their overall satisfaction.
